one. Blanqi Black Friday the best sale of the year! Blanqi is having their annual Black Friday 50% off sale (use code BLACKFRIDAY) on their amazing maternity and postpartum support wear. I have been wearing blanqi for the last 3 pregnancies and I cannot speak enough good things about this brand and how beneficial it is for supporting my back and the weight of this belly.

I have had a couple people ask about the reviews online regarding pilling of the leggings. in my experience this hasn’t been the case. I still have a pair of leggings from my pregnancy with Baker that look brand new! I do recommend washing and line drying your tanks and leggings to help prevent pilling and preserve the structure of the support 🙂

two. daily harvestwelcome to my new addiction :: daily harvest. third trimester and food are not a delightful combo for me in pregnancy. I get really full REALLY quickly and can hardly eat anything substantial enough without making me feel like I’m going to explode. I was officially introduced to daily harvest about a month ago, but had seen them all over instagram before then with curiosity. the first box hit my doorstep and I’ve been a customer ever since! I love their smoothies in the morning- I usually add in a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost (I love THIS powder and buy it at Costco) and blend it in my Ninja with organic skim milk. for lunch or dinner I’ll usually throw one of their harvest bowls in the microwave for 4 minutes and add in about 1/2 of a can of chicken breast (love Kirkland/Costco brand canned chicken!) and call it dinner. leaves me with confidence that I’m getting the “good stuff” as well as fiber and protein that my body definitely needs during these last weeks of pregnancy!

the kind folks over at daily harvest have offered a discount code for you guys to try it out!

use code MASSEYA for 3 free cups!!

three. Sunday edit

sunday is my favorite day of the week. we try our best to make it to the early service at church and then head across the street to our favorite breakfast spot for pancakes and cinnamon rolls.

this season with these kids has been so good and I don’t ever want to forget it.. especially the faces captured in these pictures. I laugh so hard when it comes to Brady’s complete disregard to anything having to do with posing for a picture.

four. crock pot season the cool weather is HERE!! ah I love this time of year.. and my favorite kitchen gadget of all time is my slow cooker. I have accumulated many amazing tools I use when cooking, but I always go back to my slow cooker for tried and true.. and EASY recipes! years ago, before kids, Jordan splurged on a crockpot from William Sonoma (this one!!) and it still looks and works like new. breaking in the season with one of our favorite family recipes tonight for dinner :: BBQ Chicken Cheddar Stuffed Sweet Potatoes. one of those meals I will think about for the rest of the day until its time for dinner. BTW.. William Sonoma is having their friends and family sale right now- use code FRIENDS for 20% off!

five. nursery thingsits coming together!!! it is still so hard for me to wrap my brain around the fact that we will have another baby in the house come January. I am so so excited to meet his sweet face.
